We make our own electric sauna heaters in Toronto — since 1970 — and our infrared heaters since 2001. Around that core we work with carefully chosen partners who share our standard for quality: cedar and wood suppliers, glass-door manufacturers, electrical-component distributors, and the builders and contractors who install our kits in homes and commercial spaces.

What partners receive

• Direct factory pricing — wholesale pricing on heaters, doors, and construction element packages. No middleman markup.
• Technical support — phone and email access to our engineering team during business hours. We help with heater sizing, electrical specifications, and installation questions.
• Custom manufacturing — heaters built to spec for non-standard room sizes, custom door dimensions, and special electrical configurations (208V, 240V, single or three-phase).
• Warranty documentation — every shipment includes warranty certificates for end customers. We handle warranty claims directly and promptly.
• Marketing materials — product photography, spec sheets, and installation guides in English and Russian. Use them on your website, in showrooms, or in project proposals.
• Lead sharing — when customers contact us looking for installation help in your area, we refer them to our partner network.

How partnerships work

The process is straightforward. After an initial conversation to understand your business and capabilities, we set up a wholesale account. There are no franchise fees, no territory restrictions, and no minimum order quantities for established partners. You order what you need, when you need it — we build to order and ship from our Toronto factory.

Most partners fall into one of four categories:

• Builders & contractors — order complete sauna kits, heaters, and doors for specific projects. Many install our kits in custom homes, condos, and commercial spaces across the GTA.
• Designers & architects — specify our heaters and components in project plans. We provide spec sheets, electrical requirements, and dimensional drawings for inclusion in architectural drawings.
• Retailers & showrooms — carry DreamSauna heaters, controllers, and accessories. We supply display units and point-of-sale materials.
• Suppliers — provide wood, glass, electrical components, and stone to our factory. Long-term supplier relationships are the backbone of our quality.

Project highlights

Over the years, DreamSauna heaters and components have been installed in a range of notable projects across the Greater Toronto Area:

• Trump Tower Toronto — luxury residential condominium at 325 Bay Street. Our heaters were specified for the building's private wellness facilities, coordinated through B.L.T. Construction Services.
• Greenpark Homes Décor Centre — one of Ontario's largest homebuilders, with DreamSauna products featured in their décor centre showcases and available as upgrade options for new home buyers.
• Armopanel projects — in partnership with Hi-Tech Building Systems, our heaters have been integrated into pre-fabricated armopanel sauna constructions for commercial installations.
• Custom home builds across the GTA — from Vaughan to Concord to downtown Toronto, our kits are installed in hundreds of custom homes, backyard saunas, and cottage retreats.
